Sometimes our obstacles can look daunting. I find it always helps when I look at the obstacles other people have been able to overcome. Rick Hoyt was born as a spastic quadriplegic, cerebral palsy, non-speaking person. He was still able to graduate fom High School and University.
Oh yeah, did I mention, his Father and him also run Ironman Trialthalons
