Some of us wake up in the morning and we complain about our back hurting. We skip exercise because our neck is stiff. We make as many excuses as possible to avoid exercise. A lot of the excuses I have personally used, felt pretty pathetic when I saw this video.
Dustin Carter trains hard enough to be one of he best wrestlers in his state. He doesn't complain about his back pain, he doesn't worry about a stiff neck, he simply trains hard, and he does it without limbs.
